Why can't I see the rental company name?

Is there really no deposit?
Yes. All offers have a €0 deposit and €0 excess. At pick-up you only show your ID, driving licence and a card for verification.
Can I cancel my booking?
With the CareFree rate you cancel for free more than 48h before pick-up. The Smart rate is cheaper but cannot be refunded.
