The Smart rate

The lowest price. The booking cannot be cancelled or changed and the amount paid is not refunded. Includes the RoVoyalo Standard: €0 deposit, €0 excess, the final price shown at booking and 24/7 support.

The CareFree rate

The CareFree rate costs a little more than Smart and includes the following benefits:

• Free cancellation: you can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before the pick-up time; the amount paid is refunded in full to your card.
• Free changes: you can change the date, time and pick-up/return location up to 2 hours before pick-up, from your booking page. The price is recalculated at current prices: you pay the difference if it is higher or get it back on your card if it is lower. The category cannot be changed.
• Late cancellation credit: if you cancel after the free cancellation deadline but before pick-up, you receive 50% of the amount as a discount code for a future booking, valid 12 months, single use, with your email address.
• Delayed flight protection: for airport pick-ups, if you give us your flight number and the flight is delayed, the car is held for up to 12 hours after the pick-up time, with no no-show fee.
• Return grace period: a delay of up to 2 hours is not charged as an extra day (Smart: 29 min).
• Priority support: a line dedicated to CareFree customers, 1215123513251.
• Priority upgrade: at pick-up you get a higher class for free, subject to availability.
• Discount on your next rental: the loyalty voucher is 10% with CareFree (Smart: 5%).
